Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020

Has 2019 is coming to end in a couple of days.  It was a good time with parks that I went too.  I went six new parks.  I added three new states to my list.  I went to NV, WA, and ID.  I also revisit some parks too here in Arizona.

I am looking forward to get to 2020.  I have big plans in the new year.  So far I have three big trips planned. Going to New Mexico to finish my last four parks I have left.  Going to California/Arizona to see some new parks.  Going to Washington DC for a convention and revisit some parks and see new ones too.

I want to get has many stamps that I can, brochure to save, pictures to take.  I am getting a pin, postcard and starting a new tradition and get ornaments.

I am so excited.

Happy New Year!!

Nevada: Lake Mead National Recreation Area

On February 15, 2019, I went to Las Vegas with my mother for a concert.  One of our stops was the seeing Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Of we saw its a beautiful lake.  We wanted to drive around but it cost $25.00 per car.  But I went to see the visitor center and got my stamps.  I took some pictures of what I saw.

Arizona: Saguaro National Park East Side Part 4

After all the 30 + years that I have lived in Tucson I don't remember ever going to the east side of the Saguaro National Park.  So this year I finally went.  It was nice scenery.  They also have a visitor center.  There drive thru trail that you can walk or bike or drive.  There are a lot good signs to look at for information.  Also near the visitor center there is a sidewalk that trails around the front talking about all the plants that are out there.

Arizona: Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail Part 2

This is the part of the trail of Juan Bautista de Anza Trail.  It was near Tumacacori.  You can walk a four mile trail from Tubac to Tumacacori.  Hopefully one of these days I will walk it.  You will walk the trail of what the people walked back in time.  I think in October that have something going on with the trail.
